Visitors are allowed to stay with you (in your room) for up to one week.

• You must inform Lieven De Key AND any flatmates you share facilities with in advance about the expected arrival and departure dates, and the number of guests (max 2 at a time).
• You are (held) responsible for your guest and keeping the nuisance to an absolute minimum for fellow residents.
• Duration of visit: You can have visitors for a total of 14 days (during a one semester stay) and 28 days (during a two semester stay).
• Multiple stays by one guest are not allowed since they can be considered as a permanent stay. All rooms and facilities (except couple room contracts) are meant for one person only.
• Shared rooms: If your roommate doesn’t agree with guests staying the night, try to find a solution that works for you both. If you can't, your visitor will have to find a different place to stay.
• Private room with shared facilities: Only with approval of your flatmates you can let guests stay in the shared spaces. *Without approval, they will need to stay with you in your room apart from using facilities for necessities.

Attention!

• We do not provide an extra bed, or a double bed, mattress and/or linen for your guest(s).
• Summer school tenants are not allowed to have visitors stay over in their room.

Subletting your room in any form is strictly forbidden (see house rules)!
