Put your residual waste on the street side of the pavement on Wednesday and Saturday between 06:00 and 07:30. If you take out your residual waste outside these hours, you risk a fine of at least € 100. 

 

The containers for paper/cardboard and glass can be found across from Grote Bickersstraat 8.

 

Residual Waste:

  • Place your residual waste on the street side of the pavement on Wednesday and Saturday between 06:00 and 07:30.
  • Avoid putting out waste outside these hours to prevent fines (minimum of €100).
  • Use the container marked 'restafval' for residual and plastic waste.

Paper and Cardboard:

  • Dispose of paper and cardboard in the container marked 'papier.'
  • Tear cardboard boxes small before placing them in the container.
  • Never treat cardboard boxes as bulky waste.

Glass:

  • Only place glass used for food and drinks packaging in the container marked 'glas.'
  • If the container is full or broken, use an alternative one nearby.

 

If you place your waste next to the container, you risk a fine of at least € 100.

 

Bulky Waste:

  • Large items like appliances and furniture are considered bulky waste.
  • Large cardboard boxes are not bulky waste and should go in the 'papier' container.

Options for bulky waste disposal:

  • Schedule a free collection by calling 14 020.
  • Take items to the Waste Collection Point (Afvalpunt) at Seineweg 1.
