Your caretaker is Franky. Contact him via e-mail with any questions you may have (e.g. repairs). He will be at Fraijlemaborg on a regular basis (or if you set up an appointment with him over e-mail). 

Outside office hours, you can also contact your Resident Assistants/RA’s with any questions you might have about housing or living in the Netherlands.
