Your caretaker is Mounir. During office hours you can contact Mounir (mounir.oulhadj@lievendekey.nl). He’s there to assist you with repairs and questions regarding your life in the Netherlands.
Outside office hours, you can also contact your Resident Assistants/RA’s (Ronja, Jeffrey and Lois), with any questions you might have about housing or living in the Netherlands.
