Update 29/1/2025 - building access

Prins Hendrikkade A1 - A23

You can continue to use the entrance at the front (Nieuwe Foeliestraat).  Residents of a home with their own door to the courtyard cannot use this door. 

All doors can still be used to leave the building in the event of an emergency.

Prins Hendrikkade A24 - A41

You can continue to use the entrance at the front (Nieuwe Foeliestraat).

Prins Hendrikkade A42 - A78

You cannot use the entrances to the courtyard. We request that you enter the building through the door of the bicycle shed on the corner of Nieuwe Foeliestraat and Foeliedwarstraat. Both entrance halls and stairwells can be reached from the inside via the bicycle shed. 

All doors can still be used to leave the building in the event of an emergency.

Prins Hendrikkade C1 t/m C37

The entrance to the courtyard remains in use.

Commonroom / laundry room

The entrance to the courtyard cannot be used. The Commonroom / laundry room can be entered through the laundry room door at the front (Nieuwe Foeliestraat). 

The door in the courtyard can still be used to leave the building in the event of an emergency.

Prins Hendrikkade 188

You can continue to use the entrance at the front (Prins Hendrikkade). The door at the rear, which provides direct access to the courtyard, cannot be used for the time being. Residents of a home with their own door to the courtyard cannot use this door.

All doors can still be used to leave the building in the event of an emergency.

Update 26-01-2025 for building 189C: Maintenance coming in early 2025, including the courtyard!

Planned work includes:

• Repointing the exterior of the building
• Replacing glass
• Installation of rooftop mechanical ventilation units
• Exterior painting
• Replacement of rainwater drainage system
• The courtyard will be transformed over the next three months.
• The building will be under scaffolding from early 2025 and will be dismantled when finished.
