Making Plantage Muidergracht 125 more sustainable, from September 16th till November 8th 2024!

Outside your building:

• Maintenance and better insulation of the roof and facade.
• Repainting parts of the building.
• Solar panels might also be installed (you will be informed about this).

Maintenance in your building/room:

• For better insulation, windows of your home will be replaced with HR++ glass (takes one day per home).
• New interior carpentry (takes one day per home).
• Installation of a CO2 detector and ventilation box to maintain air quality.
• Work in your room will take 3/4 days, but you can stay in your room; the contractor will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Plantage Muidergracht 125: Maintenance starts in early 2025!

Planned work, including:

• Repointing the exterior of the building
• Replacing glass
• Installation of rooftop mechanical ventilation units
• Exterior painting
• Replacement of rainwater drainage system
• The building will be under scaffolding from early 2025, which will be removed when the work is finished.

Plantage Muidergracht 20: Maintenance

• After all the glass in the building has been replaced, the mechanical ventilation installed and the painters put the finishing touches to the paintwork, the scaffolding will be taken down in early September. 
  
  

Replacement kitchens C & E

• On Monday 9 September, the kitchens including the appliances on floors C and E will be replaced. The installation will take all day, so you will not be able to use the kitchen during the day.
