Painting
The walls are already wallpapered with fleece wallpaper and are also already coated with wall paint. So you hardly need to paint anything!

About the only thing not yet painted in the houses are the wooden uprights near the facades. In that case, make sure you lightly sand the wooden parts first to remove unevenness. Then apply a coat of primer. Then you can use wood paint to finish the frames.

Are you moving?
Then make sure you get the house ready for the next tenant. Replace bright wallpaper or paint with a neutral shade, such as white or light grey. That way, the next occupant will start again in a fresh home.
