• You can open the front door of your complex with your personal pin code found in 'My digital key' or with your digital key (your phone).
• You open your department door with your digital key.
• You open your own home with your digital key.
• The laundry room, meter cupboard and mailbox (downstairs) use a physical key. If you need one, you can collect it from Walther, your caretaker.
