On the 'my digital key' page, you will find your personal pin code. This personal code is valid for your entire stay. It's 5 digits + a hashtag.

If you want a new personal code, you can generate it yourself. It may take a few seconds for a new code to appear on the page.

You can also use your phone to unlock the door. Press the door icon in the bar on your phone screen or hold your phone unlocked against the keypad.

Keep your phone still. Do not move! Wait for the light to turn green.
