On the 'my digital key' page, you will find your personal pin code. This personal code is valid for your entire stay. It's 5 digits + a hashtag.

If you want a new personal code, you can generate it yourself. It may take a few seconds for a new code to appear on the page.

You can also use your phone to open the door. Press the door icon in the bar on your phone screen.

Hold your phone still against the keypad. Do not move! Wait until the light turns green.
