Final settlement

Once you've ended your lease, you will receive a final settlement. In this settlement is noted if there are any final costs for you. For example damage, costs for removing the floor or waste etcetera. If it turnes out there is a rent arrear, it is mentioned in the settlement together with the other costs.

 

Our goal is to send the final settlement within 14 days after you've left the residence.
