Once you've ended your lease, Lieven de Key will ask you to specify a date and time for new candidates to view the room. The first ten candidates who are on the list of Studentenwoningweb will be invited. Don't forget to write this date down in your agenda.

During the viewing, only the candidates will be present and nobody from Lieven de Key. 

Make sure your residence is cleaned up!

Are you not present during the viewing? Then you will receive a €100,- fine.
