Do you have items that can be taken over? You can discuss this with the new tenant. The take over is at your own risk and Lieven de Key does not play a role in the take over. The new tenant is not obligated to take over your items. If the new tenant does not want to take over the floor, you are forced to remove the floor.

Tips for the acquisition:

• Mention the take over during the viewing
• Share your contact details and what you offer for acquisition
• Ask a reasonable price for the items that can be taken over
• Make sure your residence is cleaned up well to make the room/acquisition more attractive

Attention! If the new tenant withdraws and does not inform you about this, you stay remain liable for the costs for the removal of the left behind items.
