You cook electric. This does require you to buy an electric hob if you can't take over from the previous occupant.

You have a countertop under which a tabletop fridge can be placed. A fridge is not provided as standard. You may be able to take over the fridge from the previous occupant. Otherwise, you'll have to buy one yourself.
