Due to the gas-free nature of the building, it uses a 150-litre heat pump boiler. You share this with one neighbour.

A lot of water can be heated up in the boiler, but when it is empty, it also takes a while for it to fill up and heat up again. Therefore, use the hot water consciously. Some tips:

• Limit the time of your hot shower.
• Agree a shower time(dot) with your neighbour.
• Don't just leave the tap running.
• Do the dishes at a time when there are no showers.

It is estimated that if two residents shower simultaneously from the same boiler, both people can shower for about 10 minutes. When empty, the boiler has a warm-up time of about 10 hours.

The two-room apartments have their own 100-litre boiler at their disposal. When empty, this boiler has a heating time of 6.5 hours.
