Conditions to rent storage space:
- You are a resident of complex Stepstone and hold a lease with an address lying in the complex;
- You rent the shed for a minimum of one year and a maximum of the duration of the rental contract of the house;
- The lease can be terminated monthly after a minimum of one year in the interim;
- The storage rooms are located on different floors, Lieven de Key cannot guarantee that the storage room you are allocated will be on the same floor as your home.
