The caretaker in your building is Renato Tuur. He is not constantly present in the complex, but you can reach him; Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 16:00. He is not present on Wednesdays.
If you cannot work it out with the administrator either, or if you have an urgent question outside his working hours please contact Lieven de Key.
