Update 19-6-2024: Maintenance coming up from Summer 2024 till end of 2025!

 

Scheduled works include:

  • Repointing on the exterior of the building.
  • Glass Replacement in the building.
  • Installation or servicing of mechanical ventilation units on the roof.
  • Exterior Painting.
  • Replacement of Rainwater Drainage System.
  • The building will be scaffolded till the end of 2025.

Update 18-6-2024: we have installed digital locks in our ShortStay units; Regular units still have the old locks.

Mid June 2024 Any last arrangements and installments, finishing of this project

 

You do not need to be home, an employee of Lieven de Key will be present during installation
