Rent check & breakdown

Once your lease has started (NOT before), you can look up your payment history on your Lieven de Key account. Create an account on www.lievendekey.nl. Here you can also find a detailed rent breakdown, stating how much basic rent, service fees and other rent components are. Furthermore, you can find your correspondence with Lieven de Key here, and set up an automatic debit or add your bankaccountnumber.

PLEASE NOTE: Create an account with the e-mail of your booking account that is registered with us (most likely your university e-mail) as that e-mail will be recognized by our system.

How is your rent calculated?

The total rent that you pay is based on several factors:

• The basic rent is calculated according the government controlled property valuation system
• The service costs
• Short Stay Student extras such as room inventory, cleaning, bedding package and for some locations laundry facilities
