If you use a digital key, go to your keyfriends, they can let you in. If you don't have keyfriends, ask a neighbour to become your -temporary- keyfriend. This is the fastest -and free- way to get back in!

VMB exclusion service
The VMB Lockout service is available when:
How do you use the lock-out service?
STEP 1: Call the VMB External Termination Service (see call button above)
State your full name, address, date of birth and telephone number and inform VMB of the exclusion.
If you call from a different phone number because you left yours in the room, then please also give the number you are calling from!
STEP 2: Use the contact form below.
STEP 3: VMB will make an appointment with you (usually within 90 minutes). As soon as the VMB arrives, you (the tenant) must show your ID.* After the ID check, the VMB will let you in.
If the VMB cannot find you, they can try calling your mobile phone. We therefore recommend that you provide a phone number where you can be reached at that time.
