Welcome to your room!

• All our rooms come with standard equipment for one person (shared rooms for two).
• Kitchen appliances (pots, pans and cutlery) are not included in the room inventory. Click the button below to check your room inventory.
• Your room has been cleaned by one of our cleaning partners, and a welcome bag awaits you with bed linen, including:
  • Duvet (and cover) and pillow (and pillowcase)
  • Mattress flannel
  • Fitted sheet
  • Bathroom set (soap, shampoo)
  • Toilet paper (1 roll)
  • Scouring pad and cleaning cloth
  • Rubbish bag (5x)
  • Welcome card

If you're missing your welcome/bedding package, report it via the cleaning issue form, and we'll deliver it shortly. Please be aware that this service is available only until 7 PM on weekdays and weekends.

You'll need to bring, gather, and buy any additional inventory (make sure to check out second-hand shops and thrift stores, and @uva.secondhand). Previous tenants cannot leave items behind. Occasionally, the cleaning team may leave reusable items in the room.

• Internet is available in each room, but you need to bring your cable for equipment connection. Most common areas have WiFi, or you can opt for a router in your room (bring your own).
• Please note that many students have stayed here before you. Any marks or signs of damage can be reported to your caretaker.
