When and who to reach for assistance? 
 

During office hours - Monday to Friday 8.30 AM - 5 PM

  1. Your caretaker - for questions about your check in, room inventory, small repairs, keys/keyfob.
  2. Our customer service  - for general questions and assistance about the booking process, your contract, rent payments and more.
    +31 20 - 6214 333. *Outside office hours you will automatically be transfered to our emergency service. 
  3. Guestcompass support  - keyless assistance for problems with your keyless registration and access to your room.

 

Outside office hours - Weekends & evenings

  1. RA-team of your building - (RA's have their residence in some buildings) - questions about your stay, assistance with check in, missing inventory, communal events, show directions of any kind. Their e-mail can be found at each building info.
  2. Guestcompass support - keyless assistance for problems with your keyless registration and access to your room.
  3. Our out of office call center - for emergencies only.
