When and who to reach for assistance?
During office hours - Monday to Friday 8.30 AM - 5 PM
- Your caretaker - for questions about your check in, room inventory, small repairs, keys/keyfob.
- Our customer service - for general questions and assistance about the booking process, your contract, rent payments and more.

Outside office hours - Weekends & evenings
- RA-team of your building - (RA's have their residence in some buildings) - questions about your stay, assistance with check in, missing inventory, communal events, show directions of any kind. Their e-mail can be found at each building info.
