The inventory list, which includes the condition of the inventory, is utilized for assessing the property's condition at the conclusion of your tenancy agreement. A helpful tip is to take pictures for your reference, which you can show to the caretaker for clarification.

If any items listed on this inventory are broken, missing, or significantly damaged upon your arrival, please report it via the app within two weeks of the tenancy agreement's starting date (refer to the 'Repair Request' page).

 

While some deterioration is acceptable (i.e., fair wear and tear), serious damages to the mentioned items may result in charges for repair or replacement costs.

Once you've reported the need for replacing a broken item or adding a missing one, the replacement will be processed within a few working days. Feel free to contact your caretaker for further assistance in this matter.
