Our buildings are keyless. But you can get a separate key for windows and mailboxes.

Extras:

• At Grote Bickersstraat and Bickerswerf a special bike lock is part of the room inventory. More information in Bike storage section of the building.
• At Poeldijkstraat, Maassluisstraat, BOLD, Prince Hendrikkade and H. Cleyndertweg all private rooms with private kitchen have 1 lazy chair and back cushion (vegan leather, triangle shaped; not to be confused with the normal sleeping pillow!) for the bed.
• Private rooms with shared kitchens at Rode Kruislaan have their private microwave and refrigerator in their room.
   

Inventory problems?

Please use the form below if items are missing, damaged or extra.
If all parts are present and in relatively good condition, no action is needed.
Some deterioration is allowed (i.e. normal wear and tear), but severe damage may result in costs for repair or replacement.

Additional furniture/items in the room?

• Report it using the form below and get in touch with your RA.
• If you don't want the extra items, have RAs remove them within two weeks of arrival.
• If you want to use these items, you are responsible for them. Remove them on departure; you may be charged for items that need to be disposed of.
