The weekly cleaning is carried out by Khaled Zenati and Michael Poh, who are part of our cleaning partner Marcella.

Common area surfaces, including hallways, entrances, and elevators, are cleaned once a week as follows:

Building 1100: Mondays

Building 1200: Tuesdays

Building 1300: Wednesdays

Building 1400: Thursdays

Building 1500: Fridays

Residents are responsible for additional cleaning tasks in the common kitchens, such as taking out the trash and washing dishes. Upon arrival, please coordinate with your co-residents to create a cleaning schedule.

If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of your room upon arrival or the common kitchen, please send an email using the link below, and we will address it. For communal areas, please communicate with your co-residents directly.
