Noise complaints from neighbors!

We have received several noise complaints from residents of neighboring buildings, which has been an ongoing problem for years. These neighbors, some with children, regularly wake up at night because of the noise coming from your building. Most of the nuisance comes from the galleries outside and in front of the entrance door. The noise on the gallery bounces between your building and the University across the street, causing neighbors to hear it more loudly.

We ask you to be a good neighbor:

• Be quiet outside/in the gallery after 10PM. This means keeping your voices down, but also closing your doors gently.
• In case the rules aren't followed, we are forced to consider further enforcement measures.
