Drill

Do not drill into walls where a suspension system is suspended
There are poster hanging bars in the house. This way, you don't have to drill holes in the walls directly. Use the frame and cables to hang decoration.

Drill into the walls as little as possible

  • Please note that water and electricity pipes run in the walls. Before drilling, check with a pipe and voltage detector that there are no pipes running where you want to drill.
  • In walls, you should not drill deeper than 3 centimetres.
  • Make use of plugs and screws.
  • Due to the glass fleece finish on the walls, filling the holes is not easy to do yourself. You will be charged for the repair at the end of the lease.

Never drill into tiles

  • The bathroom and part of the kitchen are tiled. Never drill into the tiles.
  • Is it still necessary to hang something with screws? Then only drill into the joints. You can easily repair these later.

Do not drill or mill into the floor or ceiling

  • In the floor are hoses containing water from the underfloor heating. Therefore, you should not drill or mill into the floors or ceiling.
  • You may hang lamps from the hook in the flush-mounted box.

Does damage occur due to drilling or milling? Then you pay for the repair yourself.
