Next to the building are two big containers. Only if all the trash containers are full or if you have bulky waste, you may despose you trash in the containers.
Help to keep the Delflandpleinbuurt clean
Dispose of your waste correctly. Then the City of Amsterdam will collect it. These are the waste rules:
- Put your waste in the container.
- Keep the space around containers clear of waste. Only then we can empty them.
- Tear cardboard into smaller pieces and throw it in the container marked: ‘papier’.
- Is the container full or broken? Please report this by calling 14 020. Walk to another container to dispose of your waste.
Old items & bulky waste
Bulky waste includes large items that don't fit in the container, such as electrical goods, appliances and furniture. Please note: large cardboard boxes belong in the container marked ‘papier’ or can be disposed at a Waste Collection Point (Afvalpunt) free of charge.
This is how you dispose of your old items and bulky waste
