There's a underground container for garbage that can be found in front of the building.
Rules when disposing of your waste:
- You can put bulky waste next to the road on Monday and Friday.
- If you place your waste next to the container, you risk a fine of at least €100
- Glass, paper & plastics are collected in special containers throughout the city.
- Used batteries are collected in all supermarkets. Ask the helpdesk at the entrance for the whereabouts.
- Please use a closed bag to dispose of your waste.
In Amsterdam, it is common to separate your waste by utilising the different recycling options, in order to work towards greener environmental solutions.
