You can already register your phone as your digital key for your buildings' front door. Click Learn how it works and then Registration to do so.

You will receive two sets of keys from De Key, one of which will serve as a reserve.

We do not have any spare keys for the home entrance doors, if you have lost them, you will need to call a locksmith yourself. If you have also lost the (ILOQ) tag, you can order a new one via the manager. The cost of a replacement tag is 50 euros.

We always recommend leaving a spare key with family or friends, so you can avoid high costs for calling a locksmith.
