This building uses both digital and fysical keys.

The front door and the bike sheds use digital keys, your apartment uses fysical keys. Two weeks prior to moving in you will receive an email from us to register your digital keys.

Receiving the physical keys is done at the property together with Lieven De Key's complex manager. Lieven De Key will send you an e-mail with this information once you have signed your contract.

In total, you will receive 2 sets of keys, including 1 spare set. Keep this spare set with someone close to you, should you ever forget or lose your keys.

If you lose your entrance key to the building, you can get a new one from the manager. The cost for this is €75.

You are responsible for the keys to your room door. Lieven De Key does not have spare keys to your property.
