Leaving on the last day of your lease

You must complete all check-out procedures and vacate your room by 11 AM. You do not have to wait for a room inspection. If you choose to be present, please ensure the room is ready for inspection by 9 AM.

How to return your keys

Your room is keyless. If you have a tag or another key product for your room, mailbox, or main entrance door, place your keys inside an envelope with your room number written on it. (Keys without an address will not be accepted during the handover; charges may apply.)

After 11 AM on the last day of your lease, you no longer have access to your room.

Leaving at an earlier date or outside office hours

If you depart on an earlier date or outside office hours, please contact your caretaker. The final inspection of your room will take place after your departure.
