Step 1 - Register your digital key - before your arrival!

Keyless room access: Using the keyless system, you have the flexibility to enter your room at any day and hour after the start of your rental period. Keyless registration emails are sent two weeks before the start of your leases.

Rooms for couples: register your partner as a key friend

 

Step 2 - Access to your room

Access time: tenants can check in themselves using our keyless system. Access to your room starts at 15:00 on the day your rental starts, no earlier.

 

Step 3 - Check your inventory on arrival.

We kindly ask you to check your inventory on arrival. If your room is overlooked or bedding is missing, please report it immediately as a 'cleaning issue'.

 

Step 4 -  Report any items missing or not clean, using the button below.

 

Step 5 - Create a 'Lieven de Key'-account and add your personal (contact) details and IBAN!

 

Step 6 - Apply for housing allowance using the button below!

  • Last-Minute Bookings: If you booked within 72 hours prior to the start of your lease, please contact us if you didn't receive an invitation to register keyless and we will send you the registration e-mail manualy. Share your contract number and relevant information when communicating with us. Entrance will not be possible without this step.
  • We strongly advise new tenants to check in during office hours, especially for the first time. Our office can only assist during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).
