Step 1 - Register your digital key - before your arrival!

Keyless Room Entry: Utilising the keyless system, you have the flexibility to enter your room at any day and hour after the start of your lease. Keyless registration emails are dispatched two weeks before your lease begins.

Couple rooms: register your partner as keyfriend

 

Step 2 -  Access your room

Access Time: tenants can check in by themselves with our keyless system. Access to your room starts at 3PM/15:00 on the day your lease starts, not before. Make sure you registered your key beforehand!

 

Step 3 - Check your inventory upon arrival.

We kindly request you to check your inventory upon arrival. In the event your room is overlooked or if the bedding package is missing, please report a 'cleaning issue' promptly.

 

Step 4 -  Something missing or not clean?

  • Last-Minute Bookings: If you booked within 72 hours prior to the start of your lease, please contact Guestcompass and your caretaker. Share your contract number and relevant information to receive a keyless registration email. Entrance will not be possible without this step.
    We strongly advise new tenants to check in during office hours, especially for the first time. Our assistance is available only during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).
