Rental payments can be made by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), Dutch bank cards and IDEAL. We do not accept PayPal or VISA electron.

What does the first payment, which I made when booking the room, consist of?

The first payment includes:

• Deposit
• Administration fee
• Rent, from the first day of your rent until the end of the month, plus the following month (if your rent starts after the 24th).

How do I make the first payment?

The first payment can only be made by credit card. If this is not possible, please send an e-mail to:

When do I have to pay the rent?

• The rent must be paid before the first day of the new month. You will receive a payment link in the mail, with which you can pay the rent via credit card or iDeal. So you pay the rent for the following month.
• If the link does not work, please try again later or choose another payment method (see 'Paying rent'-button below).
